Project Overview:
Client: Ms. Shailja Narang
Size: 1,650 sq. ft.

Ms. Shailja Narang envisioned a coffee space where sunlight poured in, seating was ample, and every corner invited patrons to relax and savor their brew. With her vision in mind, we designed a café that harmonizes aesthetics, functionality, and the comforting vibe of a coffee haven.

Design Highlights:

Flooring Aesthetics: The café is divided into two distinct flooring styles, creating a delightful mismatch aesthetic. This subtle contrast adds character and defines areas without needing partitions, maintaining a seamless flow throughout the space.

Coffee Counter & Kitchen: The heart of the café—the coffee counter—is wide and welcoming, designed to accommodate smooth service and effortless functionality. Behind it, a hidden door within the display wall leads to the kitchen, blending practicality with clever design.

Ceiling Design: The ceiling features a coffered style with a warm wooden finish, evoking a sense of cozy elegance. To enhance the ambiance, round pendant lights hang gracefully above each table, casting a soft, inviting glow that makes every sip of coffee feel like a moment of bliss.

Thoughtful Colors & Finishes: The color palette and finishes are carefully chosen, guided by the principles of color psychology for coffee spaces. Warm, earthy tones and soft textures create a comforting and inviting atmosphere, making the café not just a place to grab a coffee but a destination to unwind.

This café reflects a seamless blend of aesthetics and utility, with design elements that enhance the experience of every guest. Sunlight filters in, cozy seating welcomes, and the ambiance speaks of relaxation and creativity—just as Ms. Narang had envisioned. It’s more than a coffee shop; it’s a curated space for moments of joy and connection.
